With a double from Arda Güler and a goal from Kylian Mbappé, Real Madrid defeats Bayern Munich 2-3 and equalizes the quarter-final tie of the UEFA Champions League at half-time of the second leg being played at the Allianz Arena.
The white team showed offensive efficiency in an intense first half, the first goal came early, just 39 seconds in, after an error by Manuel Neuer.
The German goalkeeper tried to secure the ball in an action without apparent danger, but a bad reaction left the ball served to Arda Güler, who did not forgive and opened the scoring, silencing the stadium and giving Real Madrid an immediate advantage.

Bayern’s reaction was immediate. Five minutes later, Aleksandar Pavlovic equalized the score with a header after a corner kick, in a play in which Andriy Lunin failed to cut in, allowing the Bavarian midfielder to enter alone to finish. The Ukrainian goalkeeper’s mistake brought the home team back into the game and lifted the Munich crowd.

The match maintained a frenetic pace. Güler put Madrid ahead again with a free kick goal on the half hour mark; Harry Kane tied again with a shot inside the area, and finally Mbappé unbalanced the score by completing a quick counterattack.
With the partial score 2-3, Real Madrid went to half-time with the series tied and an open tie that promises emotions until the end.
