The opera Pagliacciby Ruggero Leoncavallowill offer two only presentations in Guatemala: Wednesday April 22 and Friday April 24, 2026, at 8 p.m., at the Lux Theater, zone 1.
Under the production of Patricia Rosenberg and the musical direction of Heber Morales, the staging fuses choir, orchestra, set design, costumes and great operatic voices, such as those of Carlos Galván, Carlos Jimeno, Julio Raúl Padilla and Karin Rademann, who will give life to this drama.
Pagliacci tells the tragedy of a traveling theater company in Calabria, Italy, where The director discovers his wife’s infidelity and, consumed by anger, murders her, along with her lover.. “For the first time in Guatemala, in only two presentations.
