On Saturday, April 25, fire will once again be the protagonist with the Asado Festival, 5th. editionthe great barbecue celebration produced by Sociedad del Asado, which brings together national and international grillers in a unique gastronomic experience in Guatemala.
The event will take place in La Aurora Zoological Garden and will offer a full day dedicated to the culture of fire, music and outdoor coexistence.
When you pay your ticket, you’ll have access to all-you-can-eat premium cuts prepared with grilling, smoking and open fire techniques, plus special BBQ stations and branded experiences. At the event, there will also be a barbecue show preparing a whole beef, led by Alejandro Gutiérrez, from the Mexican Society of Grillers, at the San Martín stand.
At the Héroes del Fuego stand, the renowned griller Salva La Cocina will teach live grill workshops.
The main stage will be full of music to dance to throughout the day. Other dynamics will also be available.
