Female leadership enters into execution with a vision of the future

In a context where female leadership is advancing, but still faces structural gaps, this regional forum is positioned as one of the most relevant spaces to redefine the role of women in business decision-making in Central America, with more than 2 thousand women impacted in previous editions.

Unlike other meetings, the Women Executive Forum proposes a pragmatic approach, moving from inspirational speech to execution. The growth of female leadership in Latin America has been significant, but access to spaces of power continues to be unequal.

In this context, initiatives such as the WEF seek to accelerate this process through three key levers:

  • Access to high-level networks
  • Training in strategic thinking
  • Exposure to global trends in leadership and technology

The event format integrates high-level talks, strategic panels and targeted networking, designed to generate connections that transcend the event and become long-term professional alliances. Tickets are available in pre-sale mode through the official site: WEF 2026

The agenda will feature the participation of regional leaders from key sectors such as banking, technology, health and mass consumption, including executive profiles from companies such as McDonald’s Mesoamerica, BAC and TELUS Digital, PBS, as well as founders and CEOs who lead transformation processes in the region.

Speakers:

  • Michelle Vides, regional director of Marketing and Branding at McDonalds Mesoamerica
  • María José Casafont, CEO of FRT LATAM
  • Claudia Cifuentes, director of ESI School of Management and Founder of Acción Mujer
  • Esthefany Moscoso, Director of LATAM Programs at Bridge for Millions

  • Ana Lucía Paíz, Founder The Real Scrum
  • Mirian Alas, General Manager of PBS El Salvador
  • Linda Contreras, Global Marketing Communication Manager at Telus Digital
  • Jenniffer Guzmán, Founder and CEO of Jugando a Programr

The forum is promoted by Acción Mujer, a platform that articulates education, networking, innovation and development of strategic skills for women in the region.

Beyond the event, its approach responds to a broader vision: building an ecosystem where female leadership not only participates, but also influences economic, technological and social decisions.

The expected result is no less: more women in positions of influence and greater impact on business decision-making in the region.
