The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that this Thursday, May 14, it is carrying out raids for at least 17 cases under investigation in the Los Angeles neighborhood, zone 6, where it seeks to capture members of three cliques.

The PNC expanded details and indicated that in total there are 115 raids in zone 6, which also extend to the San Antonio neighborhood and other sectors where homicidal violence has been recorded.

He added that he seeks to impact Mara Salvatrucha structures that operate in sectors of zone 6.

He warned that the gangs have diversified their way of operating, which has led to homicidal violence that has affected that area.

The PNC also intends to remove video surveillance cameras used by the Mara Salvatrucha.

Among the cases under investigation is the attack on a cevicheria, where six people lost their lives.

The PNC seeks evidence and execute arrest warrants.

According to the authorities’ first hypothesis, The armed incident that occurred on Monday, April 20, would have been directed against a woman who had three criminal records; However, the Boch Pérez family—the married couple and the 5-year-old child—and other men who were in the cevicheria were collateral victims of the attack.
