Since he was 4 years old, Óscar Padilla was excited to cut out articles in the newspaper related to astronomy, eclipses or alien sightings. Years later he had the first experience where he observed an oval object circulating horizontally in zone 13 of the capital; He investigated, verified and documented them and in 1999 published the first volume of 25 of the Ufological Encyclopedia of Guatemala. He is the only Spanish-speaking founder of the international UFO museum in Roswell, New Mexico.
Padilla, 83 years old, has a long career and currently works as a lawyer and notary. He has three master’s degrees, five doctorates and is a university professor. In addition to books on ufology, he has written 20 legal works and 70 volumes of genealogical research. He was recognized as a representative of world peace in Guatemala in 1995.
