In the capital and some surrounding municipalities are recorded blockages this Tuesday, March 18 in Rejection of the mandatory insurance for vehicles approved by the Government.
One of the manifestations occurs in the peripheral ring, at the entrance to the Bethania neighborhood, where the situation has become tense.
Those dissatisfied with mandatory insurance have burned tires and crossed a trailer to prevent vehicles from passing.
A group of agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) arrived in the blockade area, which was not well received by some of the protesters.
In shared videos it is observed when the agents spoke with the protesters; Some heard the uniformed, while others shouted slogans.
With the passage of the minutes, the situation became more tense and the protesters expelled the PNC agents from the area.
One of the agents who moved on a motorcycle, the protesters prevented him from passing and insulted.
The PNC was consulted if any agent was injured, but the answer is still expected.
