The story begins when Berlin receives a commission from the Duke of Malaga: to steal the iconic painting “The Lady with an Ermine” by Leonardo da Vinci. This leads the character to reunite his gang to carry out the robbery.

However, according to Netflix Tudum, the real objective will not be the work of art, but to get revenge on the duke. To achieve this, Berlin and Damián will pretend to plan the theft of the painting while they prepare the real heist.

The city of Seville will be one of the main settings for the production. There, the duke will try to blackmail Berlin, without imagining that he will awaken the darkest side of the character.
